The fastest way: in the app
- Open bagboy and tap Profile.
- Tap the settings gear.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm. It's done right away.
Can't get into the app?
Send us a request and we'll delete your account within 7 days. We'll confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile — name, @handle, photo, bio, town, Handicap Index, Venmo username and phone number.
- Your posts, photos, comments, likes and chat messages.
- Your friends, friend requests and crew memberships.
- Rounds, tournaments and crews you created, and your unpaid-bet records.
- Your push notification tokens.
What may remain
- Round results already saved on other players' phones (scores from rounds you played together).
- Server backups, which roll off within 30 days.
- Records we're required to keep by law, if any.
